摘要: 随着新质生产力的快速发展,产业形态逐步转型,会改变原有的人力资源配置,推动部分传统岗位转型升级,从而形成新的就业生态。该文在综合分析新质生产力驱动下产业业态变革与人才需求转型的基础上,剖析了当前经管人才在知识储备、技能结构与职业发展等方面存在的能力断层与供需错配,提出了“三位一体”就业能力提升的协同路径:从教育体系、行业协同和学生自身3个层面协同发力,重构与提升经管类大学生的就业能力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of new quality productivity and the gradual transformation of industrial forms, it will change the original allocation of human resources, promote the transformation and upgrading of some traditional positions, and thus form a new employment ecology. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of industrial formats and talent demand driven by new quality productivity, this article analyzes the ability gap and supply-demand mismatch of current management talents in terms of knowledge reserve, skill structure, and career development. It proposes a collaborative path for improving employment capacity through the “three in one” approach: from the perspectives of education system, industry collaboration, and students themselves, to reconstruct and enhance the employment capacity of management college students.
