Building an Innovative Talent Training Model for Control Discipline in “12331” Textile Characteristic Universities through the Integration of Science and Education and Industry Education

摘要: 该文针对研究生培养中长期存在的培养条件改善相对滞后、培养模式不能完全适合人才个性化发展和创新能力的问题,探讨了科教融合与产教融合在纺织特色高校控制学科创新型人才培养中的应用;基于“突出学科专业特色、不断提高研究生培养质量”的理念,提出了“12331”人才培养模式,实施学术型和专业学位的研究生教育改革,以培养具备创新精神和实践能力的高素质纺织行业创新型人才。

Abstract: This article explores the application of the integration of science and education, as well as the integration of industry and education, in the cultivation of innovative talents in the control discipline of textile characteristic universities, in order to address the long-standing problems of relatively lagging improvement in training conditions and inadequate training models that are not fully suitable for the individual development and innovative abilities of talents in graduate education; Based on the concept of “highlighting disciplinary and professional characteristics and continuously improving the quality of graduate education”, the “12331” talent training model is proposed, implementing academic and professional degree based graduate education reforms to cultivate high-quality innovative talents in the textile industry with innovative spirit and practical ability.
