Research on Innovative Path of Cultivating Talents with Characteristics of Cross-Border E-commerce—Based on the Construction Practice of Alibaba Digital Trade Industry College

摘要: 跨境电商产业的快速发展对人才能力提出了“数据化、实战化、国际化”的新要求。该文以阿里巴巴数字贸易产业学院建设实践为研究对象,从产教融合机制重构、课程体系数智化升级、教学场景生态化布局等维度,系统解析跨境电商教学改革的创新路径。研究表明:通过构建“校企双标共建、课赛证岗融通”的协同育人体系,有效解决传统教育中理论与实践脱节、教学落后于技术迭代等问题,实现人才链与产业链的精准对接。

Abstract: The rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry has put forward new requirements for talent capabilities, emphasizing “data-driven, practical, and international”. This paper takes the construction practice of Alibaba Digital Trade Industry College as its research object, systematically analyzing the innovative paths of cross-border e-commerce teaching reform from dimensions such as the restructuring of industry-education integration mechanisms, digital and intelligent upgrades of the curriculum system, and ecological layout of teaching scenarios. The study shows that by building a collaborative talent cultivation system characterized by “joint construction with dual standards from schools and enterprises, and integration of courses, competitions, certifications, and positions”, it effectively addresses problems in traditional education, such as the disconnection between theory and practice and teaching lags behind technological iteration, achieving precise alignment between the talent chain and the industrial chain.
