新工科背景下机电专业实践教学的人才培养模式探究

Exploring Talent Cultivation Methods for Practical Teaching in Mechatronic Engineering under “Emerging Engineering Education”

摘要: 随着智能制造与产业升级对复合型工程人才的迫切需求,传统机械电子工程专业的实践教学模式存在课程体系分散、学科交叉不足、创新能力培养滞后等问题。该文以新工科理念为指导,以东北电力大学机械电子工程专业为例,构建了“项目驱动、分层递进、校企协同”的实践教学体系;通过整合科研项目资源、优化课程设计模块、引入信息化技术及多维评价机制,探索实践教学与创新能力协同培养的新路径。研究结果表明:改革后的教学模式显著提升了学生的工程实践能力与创新素养,毕业生就业竞争力大幅提高,为同类院校实践教学改革提供了可复制的理论框架与实践经验。

Abstract: In response to the growing need for composite engineering talents in intelligent manufacturing and industrial upgrades, traditional mechatronic engineering education faces challenges like fragmented curricula, lack of interdisciplinary integration, and weak innovation training. This study, inspired by the emerging engineering education concept, examined the mechatronic engineering program at Northeast Electric Power University. It proposed a practical teaching system that was project-driven, hierarchically structured, and involved school-enterprise collaboration. By leveraging research project resources, refining course modules, incorporating information technology, and adopting a multi-dimensional evaluation approach, the study sought a new method for fostering practical teaching, education reform and innovation. The findings indicated that the revamped teaching model significantly boosted students'practical engineering skills and innovation capabilities, enhancing graduates'job market competitiveness. This study offered a replicable framework and practical insights for teaching reforms in similar institutions.
