Abstract: Big data has become the key technology to promote industrial development and drive scientific and technological innovation, which also brings new opportunities and directions for the training of applied talents in colleges and universities. The universities should fully utilize big data technology, innovate the training mode of applied talents, increase the training efforts of big data technology talents, and deepen the ways of school enterprise cooperation and co construction, combining the resource advantages of colleges and universities, government departments and enterprises, from the establishment of a personalized talent training system, accelerating the construction of the“1+X”certification system, deepening the integration of industry and education and creating high-level training bases, effectively solve the mismatch between talent supply and industrial demand, constantly improve the quality of application-oriented talent training.
