摘要: 随着低空经济的发展,无人机的应用范围日益广泛,但当前无人机应用技术专业人才培养体系还不完善。该文通过分析低空经济与无人机发展的关系及人才培养的理论依据,从课程体系优化和教学方法创新等方面提出创新人才培养体系,包括多学科交叉融合课程设置、实践课程与项目合作、AI场景化教育与数字技术应用、校企合作与产学研平台建设、深化国际合作与交流和完善人才评价体系。

Abstract: With the development of low altitude economy, the application scope of drones is becoming increasingly widespread, but the current talent training system for drone application technology is not yet perfect. This article analyzes the relationship between low altitude economy and drone development, as well as the theoretical basis for talent cultivation. It proposes an innovative talent cultivation system from the aspects of curriculum system optimization and teaching method innovation, including interdisciplinary and integrated curriculum design, practical curriculum and project cooperation, AI scenario based education and digital technology application, school enterprise cooperation and industry university research platform construction; deepen international cooperation and exchange, and improve the talent evaluation system.
