“Dual Entities, Three Integrations, Four-Phase” Model for Cultivating Innovative Cross-Border E-commerce Talent Empowered by Industry College

摘要: 在数字经济时代,跨境电商行业的快速发展对高职院校的人才培养提出了更高的要求。该文以成果导向教育(OBE)理念为引领,深入探讨了产业学院赋能“双主体、三融合、四阶段”跨境电商人才培养模式的构建与实践;通过校企共建产业学院实践基地,创新实施“双导师”制协同育人机制,构建课程标准与职业标准融合、教学过程与工作过程融合、专任教师与企业导师融合的培养体系。

Abstract: In the era of digital economy, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. This paper, guided by the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, deeply explores the construction and practice of the“dual-subject, three-integration, four-stage”cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation model empowered by industrial colleges. Through the establishment of industry-university cooperative practice bases for industrial colleges, a new“dual-mentor”system for collaborative education has been innovatively implemented, and a training system has been constructed that integrates curriculum standards with professional standards, teaching processes with working processes, and full-time teachers with enterprise mentors.
