Abstract: The employment of college graduates is the cornerstone of stable employment, and the graduates of higher vocational colleges are an important part of college graduates. Through literature analysis and investigation, it is known that some universities still have problems in the employment support system, such as outdated employment service work concept, and low degree of service precision. By constructing a“four-way linkage”mechanism of“family, school, employer and graduates”, this paper aims to better promote the pertinence and effectiveness of employability training in higher vocational colleges, improve the employment rate and satisfaction of graduates in higher vocational colleges, and make employment services accurate, effective and in place to achieve employment education in the true sense.
