川南地区乡村幼儿教师科学素养提升对策研究

摘要: 随着教育改革的不断深入,幼儿教育质量的提升已成为社会关注的焦点。川南地区作为我国西南部的一个重要区域,其乡村幼儿教育的发展水平直接影响着当地儿童的早期教育质量。科学素养作为幼儿教育中的重要组成部分,对乡村幼儿教师提出了更高的要求。该文主要利用问卷调查法、访谈法了解川南地区乡村幼儿教师科学素养的现状,进而分析其培育过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,以期为提升该地区乡村幼儿教育质量提供参考。

Abstract: With the deepening of education reform, the improvement of the quality of early childhood education has become the focus of social attention. As an important region in southwest China, the development level of rural early childhood education in south Sichuan Province directly affects the quality of local children's early education. As an important part of preschool education, scientific literacy puts forward higher requirements for rural preschool teachers. This study mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview method to grasp the current situation of scientific literacy of rural preschool teachers in southern Sichuan, then analyzes the difficulties in their cultivation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, with a view to providing references for improving the quality of rural preschool education in this region.
