摘要: 该文以财经类职业院校国家“双高”建设计划为背景,探讨AI(人工智能)背景下高职院校职业生涯规划课程的创新模式;通过分析国内外高校职业生涯规划课程现状,结合“双高”建设具体指标,提出课程创新路径。研究发现:AI技术为职业生涯规划课程带来了新的思路。基于此,该文构建了“AI+职业生涯规划”课程的创新模式,包括课程目标、内容、教学方法和评价体系的创新。研究结果对提升高职院校职业生涯规划课程质量,培养符合时代需求的高素质技术技能人才具有重要意义。

Abstract: This study investigates innovative models for career planning courses in higher vocational colleges within the context of AI development, specifically targeting financial and economic vocational colleges participating in the national“double high”construction plan. By conducting comparative analysis of career planning curricula across domestic and international higher education institutions, and aligning with the concrete indicators of the“double high”construction initiative, this research proposes systematic pathways for curriculum innovation. Findings reveal that AI technology has introduced transformative possibilities for career planning pedagogy. The study constructs an“AI+enhanced career planning”curriculum model featuring innovations in course objectives, content structure, teaching methodologies, and assessment systems. Research outcomes demonstrate significant implications for enhancing the quality of career planning education in vocational colleges and cultivating high-skilled technical talents capable of meeting contemporary industry demands.
