摘要: 随着我国经济转向高质量发展,产业结构调整与新业态涌现对高技能人才提出了迫切需求。职业教育作为直接对接产业需求、培养应用型人才的关键教育类型,其发展质量直接影响产业升级与经济高质量发展的进程。该文以广西自然资源职业技术学院为例,分析了产教融合背景下职业教育人才培养的现状与问题,并针对性提出了完善激励机制、构建系统性平台、推动人才培养与产业需求精准对接、提升社会认知与参与度等策略,以期为深化产教融合、推动职业教育高质量发展提供实践参考。

Abstract: With the shift of China's economy towards high-quality development, the adjustment of industrial structure and the emergence of new business models have put forward an urgent demand for high skilled talents. Vocational education, as a key type of education that directly meets industry demand and cultivates applied talents, has a direct impact on the process of industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development in terms of its development quality. This article takes Guangxi Natural Resources Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of vocational education talent cultivation under the background of industry education integration, and proposes targeted strategies such as improving incentive mechanisms, building systematic platforms, promoting precise docking between talent cultivation and industry demand, and enhancing social awareness and participation, in order to provide practical reference for deepening industry education integration and promoting high-quality development of vocational education.
