Abstract: Continuously meeting the people's growing demand for a better life, achieving comprehensive development of individuals, and ensuring common prosperity for all are consistent goals of socialist development. Chinese-style modernization is a form of modernization that emphasizes the coordination of material and cultural-ethical advancement, and the common prosperity of people’s cultural-ethical lives is a key component of overall common prosperity. Naturally, achieving the grand goal of common prosperity in people’s cultural-ethical lives is a dynamic and gradual process. The proposal from the 20th CPC Central Committee of establishing mechanisms for channeling quality cultural resources directly to the community level is an important pathway towards achieving common prosperity of people’s cultural-ethical lives. Its aim is to target key issues that lead to overall breakthroughs. Today, establishing these mechanisms is crucial for strengthening China’s public cultural service system and is an important topic in the pursuit of common prosperity in people’s cultural-ethical lives.
