摘要: 在现代化智造技术的推动下,我国制造产业正式步入智能化、集成化阶段,不仅实现了技术的更新迭代,对创新型、应用型、综合型人才的需求也在与日俱增。要想推进我国制造行业的快速发展,需切实解决机械专业人才培养与企业需求的结构性矛盾。该文基于“产教融合、科研促教、学科交叉融合”的现实背景,提出我国高校机械专业教育知识体系需坚持企业导向、创新导向,将多学科、实践类等丰富的教育资源融入其中,推动专业教学的高效发展。

Abstract: Driven by advancements in intelligent manufacturing technology, China’s manufacturing sector has entered a phase of intelligence and integration. This shift not only necessitates technological updates and iterations but also increases the demand for innovative and versatile talent. To accelerate the development of China's manufacturing industry, it is crucial to address the mismatch between the training of mechanical professionals and the evolving needs of enterprises. This paper, grounded in the practical context of“integration of production and education, promotion of teaching through scientific research, and interdisciplinary integration,”proposes that the knowledge system for mechanical education in Chinese universities should be aligned with enterprise needs and innovation. It advocates for the integration of diverse educational resources, including interdisciplinary and practical elements, to promote the efficient development of professional teaching.
