摘要: 在新工科背景下,船海类专业的人才培养面临着新的挑战和机遇。全球航运业的快速发展以及国家对海洋经济的重视,要求培养出既具备扎实专业知识又具备创新能力和实践操作能力的复合型人才。该文系统探讨新工科背景下船海类人才培养模式的建设,通过对培养目标、教学体系、实践平台、创新能力等多个方面的深入分析,提出切实可行的建议和方案,为相关教育机构和政策制定者提供理论支持与实践指导,以促进船海类专业的可持续发展。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, ship and marine professional training is facing new challenges and opportunities. The rapid development of the global shipping industry and the national attention to the marine economy require the cultivation of talents with both solid professional knowledge and innovative and practical ability. In this context, this paper will systematically explore the new engineering background of the ship and marine personnel training model, and strive to provide relevant educational institutions and policy makers with theoretical support and practical guidance. Through the in-depth analysis of training target, teaching system, practice platform and innovation ability, this paper aims at putting forward practical suggestions and schemes to promote the sustainable development of shipping and marine specialty.
