摘要: “专财融合”是将专业知识与财经知识有机结合,让学生运用财经思维开展专业实践与创新,能有效提升其创新创业能力。该文基于“专财融合”视角,分析了当前高校学生创新创业能力培养模式存在的问题,表现为创新创业教学理念因循守旧、课程设置衔接不足、教学方法较为单一、师资队伍结构失衡和实践平台资源分散等,重点探讨了“专财融合”视角下高校学生创新创业能力培养模式,即锚定“专财融合”理念,培养创新创业思维;搭建“立体融合”架构,规划创新创业课程;运用“多元融合”方式,优化创新创业方法;培育“跨界融合”教师,指导创新创业过程;打造“协同融合“平台,提升创新创业能力。

Abstract: “Integration of expertise and finance”is the organic combination of professional knowledge and financial knowledge, allowing students to use financial thinking to carry out professional practice and innovation, which can effectively enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. This article analyzes the construction problems of the current model for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among college students from the perspective of“integration of expertise and finance”. The problems are manifested in the conservative teaching philosophy of innovation and entrepreneurship, insufficient curriculum connection, rigid teaching methods, imbalanced faculty structure, and scattered practical platform resources. The focus is on exploring the model for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among college students from the perspective of“integration of expertise and finance”, that is, anchoring the concept of“integration of expertise and finance”and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial thinking; build a“three-dimensional integration”architecture and plan innovation and entrepreneurship courses; using the method of“diversified integration”to optimize innovation and entrepreneurship methods; cultivate “cross-border integration”teachers to guide the process of innovation and entrepreneurship; build a“collaborative integration” platform to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.
