摘要: 为培养民族师范院校师范生的跨学科创新精神及能力,高校应充分发挥特色学科创新优势,从师范生角度出发构建“1+4+1工程”模式,提高师范生的跨学科创新能力,为师范生跨学科创新能力培养搭建一个良好的实践平台。其中,第一个“1”指建设“助力师范生跨学科创新能力提升”网页板块;“4”指“四个1”,即参加1个科研团体、参加1个竞赛项目、拥有1项科研成果、参加1项专业技能训练;第二个“1”指制作1份职业规划。通过实施“1+4+1工程”模式促进师范生全面发展,为跨学科创新型师范生培养提供理论框架与实践经验。

Abstract: To cultivate the interdisciplinary innovation spirit and ability of normal students in ethnic normal colleges, schools should fully leverage the advantages of characteristic disciplinary innovation, and construct a“1+4+1 Project”model from the perspective of normal students to improve their interdisciplinary innovation ability, and build a good practical platform for the cultivation of interdisciplinary innovation ability of normal students. Among them, the first“1”refers to the construction of a webpage section to“help improve the interdisciplinary innovation ability of normal university students” 4“refers to”four ones, which means participating in a scientific research group, participating in a competition project, publishing a scientific research achievement, and participating in a professional skills training; The second“1”refers to creating a career plan. By implementing the“1+4+1 Project”model, we aim to promote the comprehensive development of teacher education students and explore theoretical frameworks and practical experiences for the cultivation of interdisciplinary and innovative teacher education students.
