Research on the Training Strategy of Compound Rural Financial Talents Based on OBE Concept under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

摘要: 在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村金融体系的发展亟需高素质复合型人才。然而,当前人才培养模式存在断层和同质化问题,难以满足现代农村金融的多元化需求。基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的复合型人才培养策略,强调以学习成果为导向,系统优化培养目标、课程设置和评价机制,注重实践能力和跨学科素养的提升。该文从理论与实践结合的视角,提出完善多层次培养体系、强化实践教学、优化评价反馈机制的策略,以推动农村金融人才培养质量提升,为乡村振兴提供智力支持。

Abstract: In the context of rural revitalization strategy, the development of rural financial system urgently needs high-quality and versatile talents. However, the current talent cultivation model has problems of discontinuity and homogenization, making it difficult to meet the diverse needs of modern rural finance. The composite talent cultivation strategy based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept emphasizes learning outcomes as the guide, systematically optimizes training objectives, curriculum design, and evaluation mechanisms, and focuses on improving practical abilities and interdisciplinary literacy. This article proposes strategies to improve the multi-level training system, strengthen practical teaching, and optimize evaluation feedback mechanisms from the perspective of combining theory with practice, in order to promote the quality improvement of rural financial talents training and provide intellectual support for rural revitalization.
