摘要: 在新质生产力快速发展的背景下,高等教育的人才培养面临结构调整和创新发展的迫切需求。对此,教师和学校可从3个方面入手:一是通过加强科技创新教育,培养高水平自立自强的新型人才;二是推动全要素生产率提升,促进产业转型,培养具备多学科知识的复合型应用人才;三是注重新结构建构和可持续发展,培养具备可持续创新能力的人才,以此有效提高人才的创新能力、适应能力以及推动经济和社会可持续发展的能力。

关键词: 新质生产力, 高等教育, 人才培养, 新质人才, 科技创新, 全要素生产率

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of new productive forces, higher education faces an urgent need for structural adjustments and innovative development in talent cultivation. In response, teachers and institutions can take three approaches: first, by strengthening education in technological innovation, they can cultivate high-level, self-reliant talents with new driving forces; second, by promoting the improvement of total factor productivity and facilitating industrial transformation, they can nurture interdisciplinary and applied talents; third, by focusing on new structures and sustainable development, they can develop talents with sustainable innovation capabilities. These strategies aim to effectively enhance students'innovation skills, adaptability, and ability to contribute to economic and social sustainability.
