摘要: 近年来,高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,高校人才供给与社会市场需求脱节,成为就业指导工作面临的主要矛盾。大数据画像和人工智能分析技术的出现,为高校实现人才就业供需精准匹配提供了强大的技术支持。该文提出采用大数据画像技术,构建一种集评价、就业等方面于一体的高校就业指导供需分析和匹配推荐模式,助力人才培养精细化管理,实现就业信息定制化服务,促进就业指导科学化研究。

Abstract: In recent years, the employment situation for college graduates in China has grown increasingly severe, with the structural mismatch between talent supply from higher education institutions and societal market demands becoming a predominant challenge in graduate employment. The emergence of big data profiling and artificial intelligence analytics has offered substantial technical support for achieving precise talent-employment matching. This study employs big data profiling technology to construct an integrated university employment supply-demand analysis and matching guidance model, encompassing evaluation, education, employment services, and career counseling. The proposed model enhances refined talent cultivation management, enables personalized employment information services, and advances scientific research in career guidance. By bridging institutional talent development with market needs, this framework provides actionable insights for optimizing employment service systems and fostering sustainable alignment between higher education outputs and labor market requirements.
