摘要: 人工智能技术的迅速发展为企业招聘与人才选拔带来了深远的影响。通过自然语言处理、机器学习和数据挖掘等技术,人工智能在简历筛选、人才画像构建、视频面试和岗位匹配等关键环节展现了高效性和精准性。该文探讨了人工智能技术在人力资源管理中的重要作用,从理论与实践角度分析其如何驱动选拔优化与决策支持,同时结合相关案例剖析了具体应用场景。研究表明:人工智能技术不仅提升了招聘的效率与公平性,还为企业的人才管理提供了有力支持。该文旨在为企业充分利用人工智能技术优化招聘流程提供理论参考与实践指导。

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has had a profound impact on enterprise recruitment and talent selection. Through techniques such as natural language processing, machine learning, and data mining, AI has demonstrated high efficiency and accuracy in key areas such as resume screening, talent profiling, video interviews, and job matching. This paper explores the significant role of AI technology in human resource management, analyzing how it drives selection optimization and decision support from both theoretical and practical perspectives, while also examining specific application scenarios through relevant case studies. The research shows that AI not only improves recruitment efficiency and fairness but also provides strong support for enterprise talent management. This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to fully leverage AI to optimize their recruitment processes.
