摘要： 在高质量发展背景下,培养高职学生的创新创业能力尤为重要。随着经济形势的快速变化和科技的不断进步,传统的教育模式已无法满足社会对高素质人才的需求。该文探讨有效的培养途径,以适应经济与社会发展的需求,帮助学生在未来的职业生涯中脱颖而出。该文通过对创新创业能力的深入分析,为高职院校提供切实可行的建议,以促进学生的全面发展。

Abstract: In the context of high-quality development, it is particularly important to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of vocational college students. With the rapid changes in the economic situation and the continuous advancement of technology, the traditional education model can no longer meet the society's demand for high-quality talents. This article will explore effective training methods to meet the needs of economic and social development, help students stand out in their future careers. Through in-depth analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, this article will provide practical and feasible suggestions for vocational colleges to promote students’comprehensive development.
