Abstract: Establishing an innovative training platform among undergraduate students is one of the key drivers for advancing technological innovation activities. This study, in line with the talent cultivation objectives of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, aims to establish a comprehensive management system for the innovative training platform catering to the entire university community. This initiative addresses practical issues such as a shortage of venues for student innovation activities, inconvenient equipment usage, and inadequate faculty resources. Through a top-down approach encompassing the entire process, this study focuses on student development as its core, aims to enhance the quality of talent cultivation, prioritizes the improvement of management mechanisms for the innovative training platform, and utilizes these platforms as vehicles. It proposes the establishment of a two-tiered system for the innovative training platform within the university, gradually constructing a management system for the student innovation training platform guided by value orientation. By strengthening the cultivation of students'innovative practical ability, this study aims to contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talents for the construction of an innovative nation.
