摘要: 在“双碳”目标下,采矿工程专业亟须对研究生教学及培养模式进行改革,培养国家亟需的创新型人才。该文通过剖析目前采矿工程专业研究生培养面临的问题,阐述采矿工程专业研究生教学及人才培养模式改革的意义与原则,提出了采矿工程专业研究生教学及人才培养模式改革的重要举措:以推进核心课程与“双碳”目标相结合为重要思想,进行师资队伍建设及培养模式改革,建立符合国家政策及社会需求的人才培养模式,为国家培养创新型人才。

Abstract: Under the goal of“double carbon”, the mining engineering major needs to reform the teaching and training mode of postgraduate students, so as to cultivate the innovative talents urgently needed by the country. By analyzing the current problems facing the training of mining engineering graduate students, this paper expounds the significance and principles of the reform of teaching and personnel training mode for mining engineering graduate students, and puts forward important measures for the reform of teaching and personnel training mode for mining engineering graduate students: With the important idea of promoting the combination of core curriculum and“double carbon”goal, the reform of teacher team construction and training mode should be carried out to establish a talent training mode in line with national policies and social needs, so as to cultivate innovative talents for the country.
