资源与环境专业研究生创新实践能力培养模式构建

摘要: 随着我国专业学位研究生招生规模的逐步扩大,深入推进研究生创新实践能力培养,对于构建高质量教育体系和加速教育、科技、人才强国建设具有重大意义。当前,资源与环境专业学位硕士研究生的培养正面临优化课程体系、强化导师指导机制以及提升培养平台效能的机遇与挑战。为应对这些挑战,需构建知识—能力—创新的进阶式课程体系,开展分阶段、递进式的能力培养,构建多元创新实践平台,通过校内、校外、企业三方导师合作,全面提升研究生的创新实践能力。该模式显著提升了资源与环境专业研究生的创新实践能力,为高等教育领域创新创业教育的革新提供了借鉴。

Abstract: As China's enrollment of professional degree postgraduates grows, enhancing their innovation and practice ability is crucial for quality education and national strength in science, technology, and talent. At present, the cultivation of resource and environment professional degree master’s students is currently facing the opportunities and challenges of optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening the tutor guidance mechanism and enhancing the effectiveness of the cultivation platform. In order to cope with these challenges, we have constructed a knowledge-capability-innovation progressive curriculum system, put forward the stage-by-stage progressive ability cultivation and constructed a multi-dimensional innovation and practice platform, and comprehensively enhanced the practice and innovation ability of postgraduates through the cooperation of tripartite tutors from on-campus, off-campus and enterprises. This model advances the cultivation of innovative talents in resource and environment fields, offering insights for higher education’s innovation and entrepreneurship education.
