省域学分银行学习成果认证转换机制的构建路径——以宁夏终身教育学分银行为例

摘要: 随着服务全民终身学习教育体系的深入构建,建立实现学习成果认证、积累与转换的学分银行制度已成为我国教育发展的重要策略。该文基于对学分银行发展现状和学习成果认证转换机制构建意义的分析,以问题为导向,深挖宁夏终身教育学分银行学习成果认证转换机制的构建路径;以资历框架为核心,建立健全基于学分银行的学习成果认证转换标准体系,依托学分银行数字平台,构建多维标准应用场景,借助资源整合优势,提升成果质量,以联盟为纽带,形成各主体间协同育人效应,以期探索形成可复制、可推广的省域学分银行学习成果认证转换机制,为地区乃至全国学分银行制度构建提供经验参考。

Abstract: :With the in-depth construction of lifelong learning education system serving the whole people, establishing a credit bank system to realize learning achievement certification, accumulation and conversion has become an important strategy for the development of education in our country. Based on the analysis of the development status of credit bank and the significance of the construction of the learning outcome authentication and conversion mechanism, this paper explores the construction path of the learning outcome authentication and conversion mechanism of Ningxia lifelong education credit bank. Taking the qualification framework as the core, establishes and improves the learning outcome authentication and conversion standard system based on credit bank, and relies on the digital platform of credit bank to construct multi-dimensional standard application scenarios, uses the advantages of resource integration, improve the quality of learning outcomes, and forms a collaborative education effect with the alliance as a link. In order to explore and form a replicable and propagable credit bank learning outcome authentication and conversion mechanism in a province, and provide experience and reference for the construction of credit bank system in the region and even the whole country.
