Exploring the Transformation of Talent Cultivation in Universities Driven by Digital and Intelligent Enablement

摘要: 数字化技术与智能化技术的快速发展对高校传统人才培养提出了新挑战和新要求,如何更好地应用数智技术、变革现有的人才培养模式成为当前高校亟待解决的重要课题。基于此,该文首先分析了数字化时代高校人才培养现状与局限性,再结合目前数智技术在人才培养中的实践应用,深入剖析了数智赋能如何促进高校人才培养的创新与变革。基于数字化时代的新要求,高校应该从技术与人才培养的深度融合、个性化与自适应的学习路径、跨学科与跨领域的人才培养以及产学研的深度融合4个方面改革人才培养模式,培养适应数字化时代、可应用数智技术的复合型人才。

Abstract: The rapid development of digital and intelligent technologies has posed new challenges and requirements for traditional talent cultivation in universities. How to better apply digital and intelligent technologies to reform the existing talent cultivation mode has become an important issue that universities urgently need to address. Based on this, this study first analyzes the current status and limitations of talent cultivation in universities in the digital and intelligent era, and then combines the practical application of digital and intelligent technologies in talent cultivation to deeply explore how digital and intelligent enablement can promote innovation and transformation in talent cultivation in universities. In response to the new requirements of the digital era, universities should reform their talent cultivation mode from four aspects: deep integration of technology and talent cultivation, personalized and adaptive learning paths, interdisciplinary and cross-domain talent cultivation, and deep integration of industry, academia, and research, in order to cultivate composite talents who can adapt to the digital era and apply digital and intelligent technologies.
