Research on the Training Mode of Intelligent Construction Major in Applied Universities from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

摘要: 随着土建行业转型升级的迫切需求,智能建造专业应运而生,其旨在融合多学科知识,培养具备智能建造与运维能力的复合型人才。该文聚焦产教融合背景下应用型高校智能建造专业的培养模式,分析该专业发展面临的挑战,并为应对这些挑战提出了一系列建议,如强化多学科交叉培养、深化产教融合、打造“双师型”教师队伍、培养学生创新创业能力等,通过这些措施,旨在构建与行业发展紧密结合的培养模式,培养能够适应建筑行业智能化、自动化发展趋势的高素质专业人才。

Abstract: With the urgent need for transformation and upgrading in the civil engineering industry, the intelligent construction major has emerged, aiming to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and cultivate composite talents with intelligent construction and operation and maintenance capabilities. This article focuses on the training mode of intelligent construction major in applied universities under the background of industry education integration, analyzes the challenges faced by the development of this major, and puts forward a series of suggestions to address these challenges, such as strengthening interdisciplinary training, deepening industry education integration, building a “dual teacher” teaching team, and cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. Through these measures, the aim is to build a training mode closely integrated with industry development, and cultivate high-quality professional talents who can adapt to the trend of intelligent and automated development in the construction industry.
