摘要: 随着“双碳”(即碳达峰和碳中和)目标的提出及经济结构的调整和产业转型的升级,传统的材料类专业人才培养与市场需求的匹配度降低,亟须培养具有绿色低碳专业素养和实践创新能力的人才。“产教、专创双融合”的育人模式是应用型本科高校主动促进产业转型升级和创新驱动发展,提升人才培养质量的内生动力和适应时代发展的必由之路。该文以材料专业的人才培养为例,从新时代应用型本科高等教育发展面临的新任务和新要求出发,探索“产教、专创双融合”的人才培养路径,从而为应用型高校高质量发展提供新思路。

Abstract: With the introduction of the “double carbon” targets, the economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading have reduced the match between the traditional talent training of materials majors and the market demand, it is urgent to train the short talents with green and low-carbon professional quality and practical innovation ability. The education mode of “the combination of production, education and innovation” is the only way for the application-oriented universities to actively integrate into the industrial transformation and upgrading and to drive the development by innovation, so as to enhance the endogenous motive force of the quality of personnel training and to adapt to the development of the times. Taking the talent cultivation of material specialty as an example, this paper explores the way of the talent cultivation of the combination of production, education and innovation from the new tasks and new requirements faced by the development of applied undergraduate higher education in the new era, thus provides the new train of thought for the application university high quality development.
