摘要: 高校是创新人才培养的重要基地,探索和改进高校创新人才培养模式具有重要意义。通信技术在人们的生活中扮演着重要角色,高校通信类专业在人才培养中必须注重学生创新能力的培养,改革教学模式,根据创新人才所需具备的基本素质,有针对性地进行人才培养,通过优化课程设置、开展多元化教学模式、优化各种资源和完善课程评价体系等方法,构建适合学科发展要求的创新人才培养模式。

Abstract: Colleges and universities are important bases for training innovative talents. It is of great significance to study and improve the training mode of innovative talents in colleges and universities. Communication technology plays an important role in national life. In the talent training of communication majors in colleges and universities, we must pay attention to the training of students'innovative ability, reform the teaching mode, and carry out targeted training according to the basic qualities required for innovative talents. By optimizing the curriculum, developing diversified teaching mode, optimizing various resources, and perfecting the curriculum evaluation system, we can build an innovative talent training mode suitable for the development of the discipline.
