摘要: 新工科的目标是培养具备跨学科、创新和实践应用能力的高素质人才,尤其是在快速变化的现代社会中,创新创业能力不仅是个人职业发展的重要保障,也是推动国家和社会进步的关键驱动力。在此背景下,该文从创新型人才培养的实际出发,阐述大学生创新创业能力的内涵及必要性,对培养大学生创新创业能力存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的培养策略,为切实提升我国大学生的创新创业能力提供参考。

Abstract: The goal of the New Engineering Education (NEE) is to cultivate high-quality talents with interdisciplinary, innovative, and practical application abilities. Especially, in the rapidly changing modern society, the entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities are not only crucial for individual career development but also serve as key drivers for advancing nations and societies. Against this backdrop, starting from the practical perspective of cultivating innovative talents, this paper elaborates on the essence and necessity of fostering entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities among university students, analyzes the issues existing in their cultivation, and proposes corresponding training strategies, providing reference for the effective enhancement of entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities among Chinese university students.
