Research and Practice on Cross-Innovation Ability Training of Science Talents in “Double First-Class” Comprehensive Local Colleges and Universities

摘要: “双一流”综合类地方高校理科人才培养虽然有先天的学科交叉优势,但同时存在着育人模式同质化、保障机制欠缺、人才培养供需错配等问题。该文以北京工业大学物理学科人才培养为例,提出立足理工交叉、光电融合特色,依托物理学、光学工程、电子科学与技术学科等学科交叉,以“教—赛—学—研—创”为抓手,将物理创新人才培养中的学科交叉和实践能力培养深度融合,构建理工二元交叉、六维交叉保障的物理学科创新人才培养模式。

Abstract: Although the training of science talents in“double first-class”comprehensive local colleges and universities has innate cross-disciplinary advantages, it also faces challenges such as homogenization of education models, lack of guarantee mechanisms, and mismatch between supply and demand for talent training. This article takes the training of talents in the physics discipline of Beijing University of Technology as an example, and proposes to base on the characteristics of the intersection of science and engineering and the integration of optoelectronics, relying on the intersection of physics, optical engineering, electronic science and technology disciplines and other disciplines, taking“teaching-competition-learning-research-creation”as the Starting from this, this paper deeply integrate the interdisciplinary and practical ability training in the cultivation of innovative talents in physics, and build a training model for innovative talents in physics with dual intersection of science and engineering and six-dimensional intersection.
