Construction of Practical Teaching System of Physical Education Major under the Background of Normal Education Professional Accreditation—Taking Nanjing Sport Institute as an Example

摘要: 实践教学是本科人才培养的重要环节,存在着教学目标不明确,课程设置不合理,教学方法单一,教学内容陈旧,教学实验薄弱,教师队伍不足,教学资源匮乏,监督管理力度不够,教学制度、教学评价和考核体系、交流、反馈、持续改进机制不完善等问题。该文从师范类专业认证视角,探索体育教育专业实践教学体系实施路径,构建以学生为中心的系统化、全方位、立体式的体育教育专业实践教学目标、内容、质量保障体系,为提升学校体育教育专业学生创新实践能力奠定基础,为新一轮人才培养方案和教学大纲修订做出贡献,为其他兄弟院校的实践教学改革提供借鉴。

Abstract: Practical teaching is an important part of undergraduate talent cultivation. However, there are still some problems, such as unclear teaching objectives, unreasonable curriculum, single teaching method, outdated teaching content, weak teaching experiment, insufficient teaching staff, inadequate teaching resources, insufficient supervision and management, imperfect teaching system, teaching evaluation and assessment system, as well as feedback and continuous improvement mechanism. This article explores the implementation path of practical teaching system for physical education major from the perspective of professional certification of teachers' major, and constructs a student-centered systematic, comprehensive and three-dimensional practical teaching goal, content and quality assurance system for physical education major. It lays the foundation for improving the innovative practical ability of students majoring in physical education in the school, contributes to the revision of the new round of talent training program and teaching outline, and provides reference for practical teaching reform of other colleges.
