Application and Practice of TRIZ Innovation Methodology in the Cultivation Model of Top-Notch Innovative Talents

摘要: 该文通过引入TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)创新方法理论,将TRIZ方法与拔尖创新人才培养相结合,提出了一种TRIZ-X培养模式,即通过引入TRIZ方法论,结合学生的特点和发展需求,培养出具备创新能力和实践经验的拔尖创新人才,从教育理念、课程设置、教学方法等方面入手,探讨将TRIZ方法应用于拔尖创新人才培养中。通过该模式培养的学生在科技创新方面表现出较强的创新能力和实践经验,取得了一系列优秀的成果,这表明基于TRIZ创新方法理论的拔尖创新人才培养模式是可行的,可达到提升拔尖创新人才培养质量的目标,助推我国教育现代化发展。

Abstract: By introducing the theory of TRIZ innovation methodology and integrating it with the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, a TRIZ-X cultivation model is proposed. This model aims to cultivate top-notch innovative talents with innovative abilities and practical experience by introducing the TRIZ methodology and combining it with the characteristics and development needs of students. Starting from educational philosophy, curriculum design, teaching methods, and other aspects, this paper explores the application of TRIZ methodology in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents. Students trained through this model have demonstrated strong innovative abilities and practical experience in scientific and technological innovation, achieving a series of excellent results. This indicates that the cultivation model of top-notch innovative talents based on TRIZ innovation methodology is feasible, achieving the goal of improving the quality of top-notch innovative talent cultivation and promoting the modernization of China’s education.
