Research on the Training Paradigm of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Economics and Management under the Background of “Specialization and Innovation Integration”—Take Shandong Agricultural University as an Example

摘要: 创新创业教育是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的重要抓手,高校的创新创业教育是培养创新型人才的重要途径。创新创业教育需要真正融入专业教育,贯穿人才培养的全过程。该文以山东农业大学为例,探索在“专创融合”背景下经济管理类专业人才培养中存在的问题,剖析经管类专业人才培养的特点及实践路径,同时在理念引导、课程结合、平台搭建等方面提出了进一步的对策和建议。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important starting point for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy, and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important way for cultivating innovative talents. Innovation and entrepreneurship education needs to rely on and truly integrate into professional education, throughout the whole process of talent training. The article takes Shandong Agricultural University as an example to explore the practical problems of talent cultivation in economic and management majors under the background of integration of specialization and innovation. It analyzes the characteristics and practical paths of talent cultivation in economic and management majors, and puts forward further countermeasures and suggestions in terms of concept guidance, course integration, and platform construction.
