摘要: 高校创新创业教育是教育机制、理论课程、实践平台、师资队伍等要素顺畅流动、高效配置的系统工程。其中,创新创业教育师资队伍建设在提升大学生创新创业能力、完善创新创业人才培养方案方面具有关键作用:通过建设管理型教师队伍,完善创新创业教育机制;建设科研型教师队伍,深化创新创业教育理论;建设“双师型”教师队伍,优化创新创业理论课程;建设指导型教师队伍,夯实创新创业实践平台等,构建教师队伍主体培育路径,以大学生创新创业能力培养为中心改革教师队伍整体布局,以创新创业课程建设质量提升为助力深化教师队伍教学研究,以创新创业成果孵化为目标推动教师队伍多元化能力开发与应用,实现教师队伍创新性转型建设与发展。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is a systematic project of smooth flow and efficient allocation of educational mechanisms, theoretical courses, practice platforms, teachers and other elements. Among them, the construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education plays a key role in enhancing the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students and improving the training program of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Through the construction of“management”teachers, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism; To build a team of“research-oriented”teachers and deepen the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education; Construction of “double-qualified”teachers and optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship theory courses; Build a“guiding”teacher team, consolidate the innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform and other ways to build the main cultivation and construction of the teacher team, change the overall layout of the teacher team with the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the center, improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum construction to help deepen the teaching and research of the teacher team, and promote the development and application of diversified capabilities of the teacher team with the incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship results as the goal. To realize the innovative transformation construction and development of teachers.
