Strategies to Improve the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capabilities of Energy and Power Professionals under the Background of New Engineering Disciplines

摘要: 随着新工科建设和“双碳”目标的提出,社会及企业对高校培养的能源与动力专业人才的创新能力提出了更高的要求。该文从分析能源与动力专业人才创新创业能力培养现状出发,提出通过创新思维培养构建“双师型”师资队伍、积极参加学科竞赛与创新创业大赛、加强校企合作与实习基地建设等方案,提升学生的创新创业能力,实现对创新型能源动力类人才的培养。

Abstract: With the construction of“new engineering construction”and the proposal of“carbon peak and neutrality targets”, society and enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the innovative capabilities of energy and power engineering professionals trained in universities. This article starts from analyzing the current status of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial abilities of energy and power professionals. Strategies such as training innovative thinking, building“double-qualified”teachers, actively participating in discipline competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and practice base construction are proposed to enhance students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability and realize the cultivation of innovative energy and power talents.
