Research on the Transformation of New Business Composite Talent Cultivation Mode Empowered by Digital Intelligence

摘要: 随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的持续推进,数智赋能已逐渐成为各行业加快经济结构转型的重要手段。鉴于此,新商科教育必须不断适应并引领这一变革趋势,致力于培养具备跨学科知识、创新思维和实践能力的复合型人才。该文通过深入分析数智赋能对新商科复合型人才培养的影响,探讨了当前数智赋能背景下新商科复合型人才培养模式存在的问题,由此提出新商科复合型人才培养模式转型策略,旨在推动新商科教育朝着更高质量、更具创新性的方向稳步前进,为社会的可持续发展提供有力的人才支撑。

Abstract: The continuous advancement of the new round of technological revolution and industrial change has led to an increased reliance on digital intelligence empowerment as a means for various industries to accelerate the transformation of economic structure. In light of this, the new business education must adapt to and lead this trend of change, cultivating composite talents with interdisciplinary knowledge, innovative thinking and practical ability. A comprehensive examination of the impact of digital intelligence empowerment on the development of new business composite talents has been conducted, followed by an investigation into the current digital intelligence empowerment landscape within the context of the new business composite talent cultivation mode. This has led to the formulation of a transformation strategy for the new business composite talent cultivation mode, with the objective of propelling the new business education sector towards a higher quality and more innovative direction, thereby facilitating the advancement of the community's talents in a sustainable manner.
