摘要: 新零售模式的逐渐普及,对应用型高校培养新零售人才提出了更高的要求。该文选取品类管理这一核心课程为研究对象,对校企协同教学模式进行了深入的探索与分析。该文首先从校企合作的教育视角、协同教学的多重益处与面临的挑战,以及新零售领域对专业人才的具体需求等多个维度,对校企协同教学的理论框架进行了系统阐述。该文进一步对品类管理课程进行了概述,并据此提出了一套具有针对性的校企协同教学改革策略,包括强化校企间的深度合作、及时更新课程内容以反映行业最新动态、重视实践教学的实施等,同时强调了建立有效的反馈机制对于保障教学效果的重要性。这些举措将有助于应对新零售发展带来的挑战,培养更适应市场需求的新零售人才。

Abstract: The gradual popularization of new retail mode puts forward higher requirements for the training of new retail talents in applied colleges and universities. The core course of category management is selected as the research object, and the school-enterprise collaborative teaching mode is deeply explored and analyzed. Firstly, this paper systematically expounds the theoretical framework of school-enterprise collaborative teaching from the educational perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, the multiple benefits and challenges of collaborative teaching, and the specific demand for professionals in the field of new retail. Further, this study gives an overview of category management courses, and proposes a set of targeted school-enterprise collaborative teaching reform strategies, including strengthening the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, timely updating the course content to reflect the latest trends of the industry, emphasizing the implementation of practical teaching, and emphasizing the importance of establishing an effective feedback mechanism to ensure the teaching effect. These initiatives will help meet the challenges brought about by the development of new retail and cultivate new retail talents who are more adaptable to market needs.
