摘要: 大学生创新能力的培养是当前新形势下对标创新驱动发展战略、推动高等教育高质量发展的重要工作内容,也是高等教育教学改革与发展的重要任务。大学生学科竞赛是高等教育开展实践教学的重要方式,也是培养学生实践和科研能力的有效载体,对于进行创新教育、培养创新人才、推动高校教学改革等发挥着不可替代的作用,以学科竞赛为抓手开展大学生创新能力培养的探索与研究,也是近几年来高等教育教研与改革的热门主题。该文以“创新实践、学科竞赛”融合为思路,在健全大学生创新能力培养机制、构建大学生创新训练与学科竞赛活动组织管理体系、加强学科竞赛与大学生科技社团、学科竞赛与拔尖人才培养、教师科研项目与学科竞赛联动转化等方面进行了探索和实践。相关数据表明:这些探索和实践对于学生创新与实践能力提升具有明显的作用。

Abstract: Cultivating college students'innovation ability is an important part of benchmarking against the innovation-driven development strategy and promoting high-quality development of higher education under the current new situation. It is also an important task in the reform and development of higher education. Meanwhile, academic competitions of college students are an important way to carry out practical teaching, and also an effective method of cultivating of students'practical and research abilities in higher education. It plays an irreplaceable role in implementing innovative education, cultivating innovative talents, and promoting teaching reform in universities. In recent years, it has become a hot topic in higher education research and reform that colleges try to explore and research college students'innovation ability cultivation through academic competitions. This paper takes the integration of innovation practice and academic competitions as its approach, explores and practices in various aspects, such as, improving the mechanism for cultivating college students'innovation ability, constructing an organizational and management system for college students'innovation training and academic competition activities, strengthening the interaction and transformation between discipline competitions and college students'science and technology clubs, between academic competitions and talent cultivation, and between teacher research projects and academic competitions. It is shown by the statistics that these explorations and practices have a significant effect on promoting innovation and practical abilities of college students.
