Prominent Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Private Higher Education in Guangxi

摘要: 近年来,广西民办高等教育持续高效发展,取得一定的成就。该文通过对广西6所民办高等院校相关数据整理,发现广西高等民办教育在学校资源层面、发展层面、教师层面和学生层面存在的突出问题,以突出问题为突破口,立足促进民办高等教育内涵式高质量发展,面向国家和区域发展需要,抓住机遇,开创内涵式高质量发展局面;增强学校核心竞争力,多措并举,推动民办高校可持续发展;加强引进和留住优质教师,大力培养与提升教师综合能力;改变单向度人才培养现象,建构多元化应用型人才模式,进行前瞻性的谋篇布局,持续推动广西民办高等教育改革。

Abstract: In recent years, private higher education in Guangxi has continued to develop efficiently and has achieved certain achievements. After organizing and developing relevant data from six private higher education institutions in Guangxi, Guangxi's private higher education faces prominent problems at the levels of school resources, development, teachers, and students. Taking prominent issues as the breakthrough point, based on the construction of high-quality development with connotation in private higher education, facing the needs of national and regional development, seizing opportunities to create a situation of high-quality development with connotation; Enhance the core competitiveness of schools and take multiple measures to promote the sustainable development of private universities; Strengthen the introduction and retention of high-quality teachers, vigorously cultivate and enhance their comprehensive abilities; Breaking away from the phenomenon of one-way talent cultivation, constructing a diversified applied talent model, carrying out forward-looking planning and layout, and continuously promoting the reform of private higher education in Guangxi.
