摘要: 目前,我国公共卫生领域存在人才匮乏和实践能力不足的问题,因此,培养具有综合实践能力的预防医学专业人才迫在眉睫。为了适应现代化公共卫生体系建设高质量发展的需求,在新医科背景下,该文从打造实践技能课程体系、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、促进校内公共卫生专业年轻教师实践技能的提升、组织大学生医学技术技能大赛和引导学生积极参与科研实践活动等方面进行了探索和思考,旨在为预防医学专业实践教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: There is a shortage of talents and lack of practical ability in the field of public health in China, so it is urgent to train preventive medicine professionals with comprehensive practical ability. In order to adapt to the high-quality development of the construction of modern public health system, this paper explores the aspects of building the curriculum system of practical skills, strengthening the construction of“double-qualified”teachers, strengthening the practice skills of young teachers majoring in public health, organizing medical technical skills competitions for college students, and guiding students to actively participate in scientific researches under the background of new medical science. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the practical teaching reform of preventive medicine.
