摘要: “课证融通”是落实“1+X”证书制度的关键环节。该文基于老年康体指导职业技能等级证书融入高职老年保健与管理专业课程的实践,分析“课证融通”存在的问题,从提高师资力量、建设实训基地、改革考核评价方式等方面思考切实可行的“课证融通”路径,以期全面提高学生综合能力,为培养养老行业迫切需要的高素质复合型技术技能人才提供依据。

Abstract: “1+X”certificate system is a major innovative measure of national vocational education reform, and the integration of courses and certificates is the key link to implement this system. Based on the practice of integrating the vocational skill level certificate of senior recreation and physical education guidance into the courses of senior health care and management in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration of the curriculum certificate, and considers practical and feasible ways of integrating the curriculum certificate from the aspects of improving teachers, building training bases, reforming assessment and evaluation methods, so as to comprehensively improve students'comprehensive ability. It provides a basis for training high-quality composite technical skills talents urgently needed by the elderly care industry.
