Abstract: The core function of universities is talent cultivation, and employment is an important part of talent cultivation. Building a high-quality employment service system enriches the connotation of“three comprehensive education”, promotes the development of high-quality employment, and meets the inherent requirements of promoting the reform of high-quality employment services. Through literature research and investigation, it has been found that there are still problems such as poor employment service effectiveness and unclear operational process guidance in universities. Based on this, the construction of universities employment service system should improve the construction of the“three comprehensive education”employment guidance system, create a“on campus + off campus”horizontal employment linkage, rely on“artificial intelligence+”to expand employment channels, and improve the employment guidance evaluation system.
