摘要: 在产教融合的模式下,应用型高校要充分考虑企业对人才的具体需求,敢于突破传统,挖掘自身发展优势,改变以往封闭循环的培养方式;在融合的基础上整合资源、上下协作,实现产教融合模式创新,形成可借鉴、可落地、可推广的人才培养模式,发挥高校多元育人主体协同育人作用,提升共生共育的培养质量。

Abstract: In the mode of integration of industry and education, applied universities should fully consider to the specific needs of enterprises for talents, dare to break through tradition, and explore their own development advantages. Change the previous closed cycle cultivation method; On the basis of integration and integration, resource integration and collaboration between superiors and subordinates are carried out to achieve innovation in the industry education integration model, forming a talent training model reform exploration that can be referenced, implemented, and promoted. Give full play to the collaborative role of multiple educational entities in universities, and improve the quality of symbiotic and collaborative education.
