Abstract: Alumni resources play an increasingly important role in promoting the cultivation of college talents. From the perspective of Career Construction Theory, this paper further clarifies the importance of alumni resources, the role and significance of making full use of alumni resources in promoting university employment, the advantages of alumni groups'participation in university employment and the value guidance of university career construction, and puts forward a new path to promote the high-quality development of university employment based on career construction theory and alumni resources.
