教育“新生态”视域下校企协同创新教学研究

Research on School Enterprise Integrated Teaching from the Perspective of the Education“New Ecology”

摘要: 进入融媒体时代,信息技术与教育生态有机融合,推动着高等教育的变革,传统的学科边界被打破。为培养适应产业变革与升级需要的创新创业技术技能复合型人才,高校与企业开展协同创新育人十分必要。该文以协同创新育人理念为切入点,针对应用型本科高校实践教学模式存在的问题,提出构建“新生态”校企协同创新教学模式的必要性。实践发现:企业场景化的任务训练提高了学生的职业能力和职业素养;校企协同创新教学,提高了学生的学习体验感和学习效果。该文的研究成果可以为深化产教融合、校企合作、深入推进育人方式提供实践参考,助力教育改革。

Abstract: In the era of integrated media, the organic integration of information technology and educational ecology is driving the transformation of higher education, and traditional disciplinary boundaries are being melted. It is necessary to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial technology skills composite talents who adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading, and collaborate with enterprises to innovate and educate people. This article takes the concept of collaborative innovation education as the starting point, and proposes the necessity of constructing a“new ecology”school enterprise integrated teaching model based on the problems existing in the practical teaching mode of applied undergraduate universities. Practice has found that enterprise scenario based task training has improved students'professional abilities and qualities, and school enterprise collaborative innovative teaching has improved students'learning experience and effectiveness. The research results of the article can provide practical reference for deepening the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, and deepening the promotion of educational methods, and assist in educational reform.
