摘要: 随着社会发展对高等教育要求的不断提升,“专创融合”将成为高校人才培养的重要方向,需要不断探索更多的培养模式,以适应时代的发展。该文分析了“专创融合”视域下高校能源与动力工程专业创新型人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了将专业课与创新创业课程有机结合、课程内容与创新创业教育有机结合、通过创新实践强化创新创业教育反馈的创新型培养模式,强化了“专创融合”的效果,实践显示:该培养模式成效显著。

Abstract: With the increasing demands of social development for higher education,“integration of specialization and innovation”will become an important direction for talent training in universities. It is necessary to continuously explore more training models to adapt to the development of the times. This article analyzes the problems in the cultivation mode of innovative talents in the field of energy and power engineering in universities from the perspective of“integration of specialization and innovation and entrepreneurship”. It proposes an innovative cultivation mode that organically combines professional courses with innovation and entrepreneurship courses, course content with innovation and entrepreneurship education, and strengthens feedback on innovation and entrepreneurship education through innovative practice. The effect of“integration of specialization and innovation and entrepreneurship”is strengthened, and practice shows that the effectiveness of this cultivation mode is significant.
