CBL结合PBL教学模式在烧伤外科临床见习教学中的应用

Application of CBL Combined with PBL Teaching Model in Clinical Probation Teaching of Burn Surgery

摘要: 目的 探讨CBL(案例授课)结合PBL(问题导向授课)模式在烧伤外科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1—12月在广西医科大学第一附属医院烧伤外科进行临床见习的64名临床医学专业本科见习生为研究对象,以随机数字表法将研究对象分为两组,其中32人为试验组(采用CBL结合PBL教学模式)、32人为对照组(采用传统教学模式),对比对照组和试验组学生的各项出科考试成绩、实践操作能力、教学满意度等指标。结果 试验组学生的理论知识、实践操作成绩及教学满意度评分均显著优于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在烧伤外科临床见习教学中应用CBL结合PBL教学模式,能够提高见习学生理论考试成绩及实践操作水平,并且学生对教学满意度也相对较高。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with PBL model in clinical probation teaching of burn surgery. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 64 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine undergoing clinical probation in department of burn surgery of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were chosen for the study. They were split into two groups using a random number table method: 32 in the experimental group (CBL combined with PBL teaching) and 32 in the control group (traditional teaching). The study compared exam scores, practical skills, teaching satisfaction, and other metrics between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge, practical operation,and teaching satisfaction scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching model in clinical probation teaching of burn surgery can improve the scores of theoretical examination and the level of practical operation, and the students'satisfaction with teaching is relatively high.
