乡村振兴背景下开放大学的功能定位与发展路径

The Functional Orientation and Development Path of Open Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

摘要: 开放大学肩负加快建设学习型社会和构建终身教育体系的时代使命。面对乡村人才振兴发展需求,开放大学具备系统办学辐射面广、学习资源库内容丰富和学习支持服务完善的办学优势,有利于促进乡村学历继续教育和非学历教育的发展。该文基于在质量标准建设、特色专业开发和实践教学能力等方面存在的实践困难,开放大学可以采取以下发展路径:一是建立完善的质量保障体系,提高开放大学社会认可度;二是增加针对乡村发展的特色专业,开发优质的课程资源;三是加强实践教学,完善实践教学平台和虚拟实验室建设。

Abstract: The open university is tasked with accelerating the construction of a learning society and building a lifelong education system. Facing the demand of rural talent development, the open university is conducive to promoting academic education and non-academic education because of its wide radiation, abundant learning resources and good learning support services. Based on practical difficulties in quality standard construction, characteristic professional development and practical teaching ability, open universities can form the following development paths: First, establish a sound quality assurance system and improve the social recognition of open universities; Second, increase the number of specialties with rural characteristics, and develop high-quality curriculum resources; Third, strengthen practical teaching, and improve the practical teaching platform and virtual laboratory construction.
