The Connotation and Implementation Points of Hybrid Teaching Based on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Agricultural Colleges

摘要: 依托网络信息技术的快速发展,混合式教学模式正逐步替代传统的教学模式,成为高等农业院校课堂教学改革的主要发展方向。该文详细阐述了混合式教学实施的内涵和其在农业创新人才培养中的作用,以及开展混合式教学对教学主体提出的新要求。从制定混合式教学的激励机制,加强混合式教学的师资培训,选择线上教学平台,充分了解课堂教学目标,做好教学内容规划,做好线上教学的监管和情感互动,把握线下教学的核心作用,以及完善评价方式等方面阐述了混合式教学的实施要点,以期为高等农业院校混合式教学的顺利开展提供借鉴。

Abstract: Relying on the rapid development of network information technology, the blending learning mode combining online and offline is gradually replacing the traditional teaching mode because of the student-centered teaching concept and has become the main development direction of classroom teaching reform in agricultural colleges and universities. This paper expounds the connotation of the implementation of mixed teaching in detail and its role in the cultivation of agricultural innovative talents, as well as the new requirements for teaching subjects. Finally, we formulated the key points of blending learning implementation including incentive system, teacher training , online teaching platform selection, teaching content planning, supervision and interaction of online teaching, cooperative learning group, core role of offline teaching development, as well as perfecting the evaluation methods. This paper can provide reference for the development of blending learning in agricultural colleges and universities.
